Modern Empowerment Inc. was founded by Lorinda Buckingham, a leadership coach, speaker, author, and trainer with over 15 years of experience in Corporate America.

Lorinda brings a unique blend of corporate leadership experience and certified training expertise, including leadership development methodologies and DiSC-based solutions. Her work focuses on helping leaders and teams unlock potential, navigate challenges with clarity, and lead with confidence and purpose.

As Founder, Lorinda guides the vision and delivery of Modern Empowerment’s programs, ensuring each engagement is grounded in integrity, relevance, and real-world application.
